This came from Kimberly’s wonderful cookbook which she gave to us after we did their family some tiny favor when they were out of town. The cook book is called “Feeding Peace Amidst Chaos-The Hot Mama’s Collective of Cooking” Kimberly and her family, our neighbors for at least 15 years have since moved to Ashland, Oregon. We miss them terribly, and we’re so happy that we still have this great cookbook and great recipes to cook, enjoy, share and remember them by. Thank you Kimberly!
