Ingredients: water, milk, oats, salt

Instructions: 2/3 cup of oats (not quick oats!) 2/3 cup water, 2/3 cup milk. Pinch of salt. Put in pan, stir. Leave in fridge overnight. Cook on low/med heat stirring continuously. Do not microwave. Add milk/raisins as per preference.
